Thank you for considering OAK RIDGE INTERNATIONAL HOTEL & CONFERENCE CENTER as the venue for your upcoming event. We are thrilled to hear you have good taste and an eye for unique facilities. Whether you choose our Grand Hall Atrium, or our McKnight Lakeside Patio, the OAK RIDGE INTERNATIONAL HOTEL & CONFERENCE CENTER exudes old-world charm and sophistication, with tasteful decor that requires little to no additional embellishment. We aim to provide a warm, relaxed, and happy experience that will make you and your attendees feel right at home.

Aside from the Entry Hall, Luxurious Three-Story Atrium, the Grand Hall, and Prep Kitchen, we offer a stunning back lawn and Courtyard with the option of heavy duty Covered Tents for all outside events that overlook McKnight Lake, making it an ideal backdrop for outdoor entertaining. Our in-house bar is available for bar services during your event. The Grand Hall can accommodate up to 300 guests, depending on your desired layout. We also offer an in-house sound system with wireless mics and a projector for audio and video needs.

EVENT INFORMATION

The Oak Ridge International Hotel & Conference Center event space provides a spacious setting with flexible layouts to suit any of your event needs. The entire venue can be rented or if you have a smaller group, private event rooms can be divided into event rooms — and Lounge areas. All your catering can be personally chosen, and we offer a variety of drink package options.

Pricing below reflects half-day event times (8AM -4PM / 4PM – 11PM). Need more time? Just book the entire day. The deposit of $1,500.00 is due at booking!! Prior to 31 days before the event, it is fully refundable. This fee structure is good until August 31, 2025.

Insurance 

Staff can assist with getting your coverage, if requested. All events require day-of event insurance. Clients need to provide evidence of general liability insurance with limits of $1,000,000 including bodily, personal and property damage no later than 15 days prior to the event. The certificate/ binder must list the Oak Ridge International Hotel & Conference Center as the certificate holder as illustrated below:

Rental Fees & Discounts 

Rental fees are dependent on the day of the week. 

Full payment is due 15 days prior to the event. Payments for any additional add-on throughout the planning process is due no later than the day before the event. 

Catering 

All food for events can be provided by an approved catering company. Please contact the Oak Ridge International Hotel & Conference Center office for details.

Cancellations 

If the event is canceled 31 days before the event, the Licensee will receive a full refund. If the Licensee cancels the reservation within 30 calendar days of the reservation, the Licensee shall forfeit the rental fee in its entirety. 

Decor 

Indoor room rentals include tables and chairs based on your event needs. Please contact Oak Ridge International Hotel & Conference Center to confirm those needed no later than 10 days before your event. The following items are not permitted on site: sparklers, rice, confetti, fireworks, heaters, glitter or anything else considered inappropriate by the Oak Ridge International Hotel & Conference Center. 

Candles: open flame candles are not allowed.
